I’ve been keeping this under wraps for a while, but I’m finally ready to share something I’ve been building behind the scenes…
As you probably know, for over 30 years, onstage and off, I’ve explored one deceptively simple idea:
Yes, And.
It started in improv comedy, but over time, it became something bigger.
I’ve seen it transform how teams respond to change, how leaders inspire action, and how people unlock their creative brilliance - even in uncertain, high-pressure situations.
And now, it’s the foundation of the next book I am working on):
YES AND: Unlocking Brilliance in Times of Change
(That’s a working title. This is an early announcement, so a lot of things may yet change.)
This isn’t just another leadership model. It’s a practical framework to help people shift from:
“Yes, but…” → hesitation, apathy, and frustration
to
“Yes, And…” → clarity, energy, and forward motion

And yes, it spells out YES AND. What a curious coincidence…or perhaps a noteworthy mnemonic.
